Returns Policy

Here are our policies on returned goods

If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us at alianasbeautyroom@gmail.com within 10 days and return the item(s) in the original packaging and condition within 30 days and we will be happy to issue you with a refund or exchange an item if preferred. Please note that we are able to accept products back ONLY in their original packaging.

The seal and wrapping should not be damaged in any way. If in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged please notify us as soon as possible. We will request a full description of the fault along with photographic evidence – once reviewed a refund or an exchange will be offered.

Any goods returned must be returned in their original packaging, in the condition in which you received them, shall neither have been used, nor have suffered any damage. If the goods are damaged in any way, Aliana’s Beauty has the right to reduce the amount of the refund in accordance to the condition of the returned goods or to refuse return.

The refund will be made right after we receive the returned goods. We do not refund the cost of the return postage. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the nature of the problem.

Packages sent back without a prior email will not be accepted. 


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
 
Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at alianasbeautyroom@gmail.com.
 

Sale Items (If Applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
 

Exchange (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at alianasbeautyroom@gmail.com and send your item to: Aliana’s Beauty at 2 The Sentinel Buildings, Adamstown, Lucan, Co Dublin, Ireland, K78F9X4

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
 
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us at alianasbeautyroom@gmail.com
